lootbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. lootbet is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.
lootbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with lootbet's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable holds required by law or regulation. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

In the event of a dispute between you and lootbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting lootbet's customer support team. lootbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receipt.
